MandateIQ is a B2B SaaS compliance intelligence platform that assists compliance teams in extracting, classifying, and tracking regulatory obligations from documents issued by any regulatory authority. The platform is not a substitute for legal or regulatory advice and does not guarantee regulatory accuracy or completeness.
The platform is intended for use by businesses and compliance professionals. By registering, you represent that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization and to bind it to these obligations.
Each organization's data is strictly isolated at the tenant level. MandateIQ does not share, cross-reference, or expose one tenant's data to any other tenant or third party. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard mechanisms.
Obligations, classifications, and role suggestions generated by the AI pipeline are intended as starting points for human review and must not be acted upon without verification by a qualified compliance professional. MandateIQ does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or regulatory sufficiency of any AI-generated output. The platform is designed to assist human decision-making, not replace it. You retain full control over all final decisions.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to circumvent regulatory obligations, or to process documents for which you do not hold the necessary rights or permissions.
All platform software, interfaces, algorithms, and branding are the property of MandateIQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain full ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload to the platform.
Subscriptions are billed as per the selected plan and pricing agreed at time of purchase. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days of activation. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle with no further obligation.
MandateIQ's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three calendar months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and where necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction agreed at the time of contract execution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
